• Confidently guide conversations toward a successful enrollment.
• Complete health plan enrollments while meeting applicable sales and performance expectations.
• Identify additional customer needs and available solutions when appropriate.
• Build trust with members and prospective customers through clear, compassionate communication.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Protect customer information and follow all applicable privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements.
