What you'll do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and facility upkeep
• conduct facility walkthroughs and record and address repair needs
• complete facility upgrades as directed
• assist with furniture and equipment assembly
• repair facilities, equipment, and furniture
• communicate progress on repairs requiring multiple steps
• update the Building Maintenance Requests database
• maintain supplies
• recommend equipment, maintenance, or repairs
• communicate with supervisors and program staff
• assist with meeting setup and storage organization.
