Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Support client-facing administrative and operational processes
• participate in weekly client and internal status meetings
• maintain compliance trackers, calendars, documentation, and operational records
• assist with audit readiness and regulatory documentation, including KYC/AML and third-party documentation
• track user access, training requirements, and reporting updates
• follow up on outstanding items and deadlines
• coordinate information across teams and support client communications
• assist with operational and administrative projects as needed.
