What you'll do

• Assist in creating an engaging learning environment
• develop relationships with children
• support individual needs
• supervise children during outdoor play, lunch, and transitions
• prepare and organize developmentally appropriate classroom and outdoor materials
• collaborate with teachers to observe children’s interests and track skills and abilities.
