What you'll do

• Care for patients with neuro trauma and neurologic issues.
• Utilize NIHSS stroke scale for assessment.
• Assist patients with swallowing issues and dysphasia screening.
• Organize and provide care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegate care to other nursing personnel.
