What you'll do

• Maintain customer relationships and sell maintenance, service, repair, replacement, and modification contracts
• assess customer service needs for boilers, burners, accessories, and heat-producing equipment
• prepare quotations, service reports, start-up reports, and warranty claims
• coordinate service scheduling with managers and dispatch
• maintain CRM records
• support job costing, billing, and inventory monitoring
• communicate project issues to sales and service teams.
