What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of banking products and services
• switch between teller and customer service duties as needed
• complete deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and account maintenance
• refer customers to relevant products through needs-based inquiry
• resolve customer questions and concerns
• travel between branches as needed.
