What you'll do

• Coordinate project schedules and sequencing
• forecast resources and budget needs
• plan onsite construction operations and intermediate phases
• evaluate progress and prepare reports
• enforce health, safety, building-code, and regulatory requirements
• update schedules and document progress using scheduling software
• coordinate subcontractors and conduct quality and safety checks
• maintain daily site logs
• identify value-engineering and cost-saving options
• maintain relationships with officials, owners, personnel, trades, and suppliers.
