What you'll do

• Validate specifications and technical requirements and prepare proposals
• manage the project pipeline from bidding through PO/LOI
• qualify contractors and coordinate vendor RFQ coverage
• provide technical consultation and value-engineering alternatives
• build relationships with facade consultants, glazers, and general contractors
• hand projects to operations with engineering and logistics criteria documented
• travel locally up to 20% for project walks and client consultations.
