As the owner’s representative, this leader guides projects from pre-construction through close-out, coordinating contractors and technical systems while managing scope, budget, schedule, quality, and delivery risks to meet committed Ready-for-Service dates.

What you'll do

• Lead data center construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
• oversee general contractors and contracts
• ensure alignment with design specifications, budgets, master schedules, and Ready-for-Service dates
• coordinate and commission MEP and low-voltage systems
• travel to sites to inspect progress and work quality
• identify schedule, cost, and delivery risks
• and report project progress, financials, risks, and status to leadership.
