What you'll do

• Coordinate assigned events with clients and vendors
• communicate event details, requirements, and museum policies
• coordinate logistics with Security, Facilities, Guest Experience, and Curatorial
• create timelines, floor plans, and banquet event orders
• serve as onsite contact during assigned events
• oversee setup, breakdown, walkthroughs, and follow-up
• maintain event records and gather feedback.
