Security Officer — Hospital Security Team

Job overview

The Security Officer role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with morning and night shifts available. Pay is $24 per hour. The hospital Security Team works to protect patients, visitors, and staff at College Medical Center Phoenix.

What you'll do

• Patrol interior and exterior areas
• monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
• verify identification and enforce access policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• use de-escalation and CPI strategies
• assist with physical interventions or restraints when necessary and in accordance with policy and training
• document incidents and observations
• collaborate with clinical and administrative staff
• report hazards or policy violations
• and participate in drills and training.
