Vice President of Operations

What you'll do

• Take over daily operational back-end work, including administration, material sourcing, and quality oversight
• execute leadership decisions and drive accountability
• lead and develop production staff
• implement SOPs, workflows, and reporting systems
• expand production capacity and lead a new production operation launch
• improve quality and reduce scrap
• communicate status to leadership.
