Business Analyst, CAI Application Modernization

What you'll do

• Document existing CAI application requirements and verify key functionality
• prioritize requirements and link them to legislative or policy requirements where applicable
• recommend system improvements and propose features
• translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• assist with technical approach analysis
• support change management, user adoption, and training
• help identify risks and dependencies
• provide status updates and recommendations.
