What you'll do

• Lead estimates from initial review through bid submission
• review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• develop bid strategies and identify risks and opportunities
• perform quantity takeoffs across CSI Divisions 1–46
• prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates
• develop subcontractor bid packages and scopes
• solicit and analyze subcontractor bids
• price self-performed and subcontracted work
• coordinate with operations on logistics, phasing, scheduling, and constructability
• prepare bid forms and bonds
• conduct final estimate reviews.
