The Caregiver / Medication Technician role is onsite in North Richland Hills, TX. Compensation is $14 per hour. Morada North Richland Hills is part of Morada Senior Living, which operates independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities. The role provides hands-on physical and emotional support to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. Depending on assigned duties, the team member supports daily living activities, observes and reports changes, and assists with medication-related procedures and documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide care to a designated group of residents and check on them throughout the shift
• observe, report, and document changes in residents’ condition
• respond promptly to resident call bells
• notify supervisors of increased care needs
• assist with continence management, meals, room cleanliness, laundry, and activities of daily living
• promote resident independence, dignity, and safety
• assist with medication observation and documentation using the medication observation record and Six Rights of Medication Pass
• report medication concerns to nursing staff
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• count narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse
• take and record vital signs
• report occupational exposures.
