Installation Technician Assistant

The Installation Technician Assistant role is an onsite, full-time position in Fort Myers, FL. Compensation is $20–$21 per hour. SPF Screens & Awnings installs retractable awnings and motorized sun shades, helping customers improve their outdoor spaces. Working with the installation team, the assistant helps prepare, transport, install, and maintain exterior screens and awnings. The role supports accurate, clean, and safe job-site work, including alterations and repairs when needed.

What you'll do

• Work with the installation team to install exterior screens and awnings
• install products according to customer contracts
• ensure components and supplies reach job sites and load work orders onto assigned trucks
• make necessary job-site alterations and repairs
• maintain assigned tools
• keep job sites neat and clean.
