What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in PHP, IOP, and traditional outpatient settings
• complete mental health and substance use assessments
• use evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
• facilitate psychoeducational and skills-based groups
• collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and case managers
• conduct crisis intervention and risk assessment, including referrals and safety planning as needed
• maintain clinical documentation.
