What you'll do

• Understand event strategy and creative objectives and align departments
• manage project budgets and operations
• develop and manage cross-functional timelines
• track costs through negotiation and strategic buying
• manage activation design and production with fabrication partners and graphics production
• communicate with vendors and clients
• oversee onsite event execution and staff
• lead post-event deliverables and internal retrospectives
• ensure vendor and partner invoices are paid after events.
