The Supported Education & Employment Case Manager is an onsite, full-time role based in Missoula, MT, with most work performed in the community. Pay is $18–$24.25 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide individualized supported employment and education services using the Individualized Placement and Support model.
• Engage and assess clients, support job and education placement, coaching, and follow-up, assist with Vocational Rehabilitation and Blind Services applications, transport clients to related activities, coordinate with the treatment team, and build relationships with employers, educators, and community partners.
• Spend half or more of scheduled work hours in the community.
