What you'll do

• Prepare for next-day appointments using XTime
• check in customers and introduce them to service advisors
• conduct appraisals and create purchase offers using VINCUE ACE Report
• deliver offers to service-drive customers
• direct customers interested in trading or selling to appropriate departments
• use the CRM to route customers to sales associates and follow up on vehicle acquisition
• assist service advisors with the Active Delivery Process and the service manager as needed.
