The Dishwasher — The Salt Shed role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule from 4:00 PM to close, approximately 11:00 PM. Pay is $19 per hour. What you'll do

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• operate commercial dishwashing equipment
• maintain a clean dish station
• return clean dishware to service areas
• remove garbage and recycling
• clean kitchen floors and surfaces
• assist with receiving and stocking deliveries and basic prep as needed
• report equipment issues or supply needs
• follow food safety and sanitation standards.
