What you'll do

• Execute service-excellence tasks designed to improve the care experience
• help foster a culture of exemplary service
• analyze client experience data and feedback
• work with clinical teams to strengthen service orientation and identify communication skills needed for effective, culturally appropriate, empathetic communication
• maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws, and guidelines.
