What you'll do

• Develop and implement assisted living service standards
• evaluate resident needs and services
• support resident move-in and orientation
• provide direct care as needed
• assess, communicate, and document resident status
• coordinate with families, physicians, and pharmacists
• protect resident rights and report suspected abuse
• coach and supervise staff
• oversee training, staffing schedules, records, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
