What you'll do

• Provide weekly individual and/or group supervision
• review supervisee documentation
• support case conceptualization, treatment planning, diagnostic formulation, and level-of-care decisions
• assist with program schedules and staff development
• audit documentation and monitor compliance
• support crisis response and coordinate care
• collaborate with the Clinical Director and other departments.
