What you'll do

• Monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, structural, fire and life safety, controls, heating, and cooling
• maintain systems to applicable standards and codes
• support energy management and preventive maintenance
• perform emergency repairs
• handle hazardous materials safely
• inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• coach colleagues and share technical knowledge.
