General Manager, Bridal Jewelry Showroom

What you'll do

• Hire and train showroom staff
• manage scheduling, productivity, expenses, and budget
• meet with engagement customers and other high-end clientele
• achieve sales goals and KPIs
• manage CRM, pipeline, and forecasting
• assist with orders and inventory
• create sales orders and cost-of-goods reports
• maintain an organized showroom.
