What you'll do

• Oversee tenant construction, alteration, maintenance, and improvement projects
• ensure compliance with TCAP, manuals, codes, regulations, and agency standards
• coordinate applications, submittals, schedules, approvals, inspections, deficiency responses, and closeout documentation
• serve as facility liaison
• maintain project records and reports
• lead meetings and inspections
• identify and escalate project, safety, code, and operational issues
• provide status updates and recommendations to management.
