By following up with prospective clients, guiding introductions alongside trainers, and resolving member concerns, the role helps the studio build membership and deliver a positive experience.

What you'll do

• Greet people entering the studio
• present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers
• answer phones and assist members at the front desk
• give studio tours
• work with trainers to guide introductions through a first workout
• sell memberships
• follow up with prospective clients
• address member concerns professionally
• participate in marketing and outreach events
• keep studio areas clean and organized.
