Part-Time Fertility Procedure Nurse

The Part-Time Fertility Procedure Nurse is an onsite role in Grand Rapids, MI, with scheduling flexibility and the option to pick up additional shifts. Compensation is $31–$40 per hour. The role supports Pinnacle Fertility’s Michigan clinic and its mission of helping build families through personalized fertility care. The nurse supports patient safety and comfort by providing care before, during, and after procedures in the surgical suite. The work includes patient preparation and recovery, clinical documentation, communication with patients and families, and coordination with the surgical team.

What you'll do

• Prepare patients for procedures, complete preoperative assessments, start IVs, provide discharge instructions, and recover patients after general anesthesia or monitored anesthesia care. Deliver pre-, intra-, and postoperative care
• document care in the EMR
• communicate instructions
• maintain surgical-suite cleanliness, sterility, and equipment
• follow aseptic and safety standards
• monitor patient conditions
• coordinate with the surgical team and Surgery Manager
• mentor new staff
• and support process improvements.
