The Procurement Manager, Plant Operational Excellence is an onsite position in Wharton, NJ. Compensation is $130,000–$160,000 per year. The role supports a globally recognized aerospace manufacturer’s plant procurement and supply chain operations. The manager leads plant procurement strategy to secure supply, achieve savings, optimize processes, and mitigate supplier risk while supporting production schedules. The role also oversees supplier performance, inventory accuracy, compliance, and procurement-related systems and initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead plant procurement operations across direct, indirect, and capital spend
• guide procurement specialists and supply chain planners
• align strategies with plant and business-unit goals
• manage sourcing, negotiations, and contracts
• monitor supplier performance
• review procurement metrics
• maintain audit compliance
• oversee ERP procurement processes
• manage raw-material forecasting and inventory accuracy
