What you'll do

• Process and sort inbound and outbound mail and packages
• follow chain-of-custody and shipping procedures
• support copy, print, scanning, imaging, and binding services
• maintain office spaces and supplies
• assist with meeting room setups and light maintenance
• welcome visitors, manage calls and visitor logs
• provide administrative and client support
• travel between SPS sites as business needs require.
