What you'll do

• Owns all warehouse training for new Selectors & Drivers
• Leads a team of Trainers & New Hires
• Directs onboarding and training scheduling
• Provides performance feedback and coaching
• Facilitates mentoring
• Analyzes and tracks performance data
• Collects data for program improvement
• Collaborates with Field Market Trainers
• Ensures safety compliance
• Partners with leadership to identify coaching opportunities
• Reports performance data
• Consults on HR processes
• Inspects facility for safety hazards.
