Campaign Specialist

The Campaign Specialist role is hybrid in New York City, NY, with work from home Monday and Friday and office work Tuesday through Thursday. The base salary range is $75,000–$95,000 per year, exclusive of discretionary annual cash bonus and equity compensation. As part of the Campaign Management team within Client Services, the specialist supports media planning and campaign execution. The role helps ensure campaigns launch accurately, meet client key performance indicators, and are monitored and optimized using performance data.

What you'll do

• Build custom-audience media plans for social and programmatic channels
• manage ad trafficking with AdOps or external media partners
• communicate launch expectations and flag blockers
• check dashboards for data integrity and pacing
• review reporting and recommend optimizations
• join client calls to advise on media questions.
