What you'll do

• Design and maintain the company context and knowledge graph
• review agent outputs and prioritize context fixes
• partner with subject-matter experts on agents, skills, prompts, and workflows
• design integrations and production-ready capabilities
• build connectors, APIs, and RAG and semantic-search patterns while preserving permissions
• establish evaluation practices
• administer Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other assistants
• apply access, monitoring, change-control, and data-handling controls
• maintain documentation and incident-response procedures.
