What you'll do

• Handle complex civil and commercial litigation
• conduct legal research and analysis
• draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• take and defend depositions
• participate in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• support case evaluation, discovery, pretrial preparation, and trial proceedings
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with firm colleagues
• and manage case files, deadlines, and multiple matters.
