Family and Collaboration Liaison

Job overview

The Family and Collaboration Liaison role is onsite in Saint Petersburg, FL, with travel to club facilities across Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, and Pinellas counties. Compensation is $40,000 per year. The role supports the Operations department and the organization’s mission to prepare youth and young adults for college, career, and life. The liaison connects families, schools, students, staff, and community partners to support student achievement, address attendance and academic concerns, and coordinate programs and services that respond to student and family needs.

What you'll do

• Coordinate assigned activities and case management, including home visits and parent meetings
• help counselors and teachers communicate with families
• attend IEP meetings
• coordinate programs and services
• provide outreach and guidance on attendance, academics, behavior, and health
• tutor students individually or in small groups
• maintain community partnerships
• organize family engagement forums and learning opportunities.
