What you'll do

• Supervise nursing personnel and assigned-shift nursing activities
• oversee clinical care planning and delivery, including reviewing and updating care plans
• assess residents on admission and periodically as conditions change
• conduct rounds to evaluate resident status and needs
• and provide or assist with direct resident care as needed, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and leisure activities as appropriate.
