The Project Manager role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with annual compensation of $65,000–$80,000. Facilities Maintenance Management provides maintenance and construction services to residential and commercial clients nationwide. The Project Manager owns assigned maintenance and small construction projects from intake through closeout, coordinating people, schedules, costs, and client communication. The role supports reliable project delivery by monitoring progress and quality, reviewing job documentation, resolving issues, and escalating risks to the Service Area Manager.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned maintenance and small construction or renovation projects from planning through closeout
• coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, materials, equipment, site access, and client needs
• develop scopes, budgets, estimates, and schedules
• communicate project status and changes to clients
• monitor safety, quality, scope, schedule, costs, and progress
• review work orders, time, invoices, costs, and billing documentation
• coordinate permits, inspections, change orders, punch lists, warranties, and closeout as needed
• conduct site visits and provide field support.
