What you'll do

• Handle personal injury cases from litigation through trial
• investigate cases and evaluate liability and damages
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and oppositions, including summary judgment oppositions
• take and defend depositions
• negotiate settlements
• prepare cases for trial
• serve as first chair in civil jury trials
• communicate with clients throughout litigation.
