What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, customer concerns, and critical situations
• conduct armed patrols of sales areas, entrances, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter
• monitor access points and activity
• document incidents, observations, and patrols and communicate relevant information to site leadership.

Why this role

Texas Level III Armed Certification is required for armed roles in Texas; a valid driver’s license, minimum age of 21, and high school diploma or equivalent are required. Schedule includes Tuesday 6 a.m.–2 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday 10 p.m.–6 a.m., and Friday and Saturday 2 p.m.–10 p.m.
