Banquet Manager

What you'll do

• Review Banquet Event Orders
• oversee room setup and event details
• lead pre-shift meetings and assign staff responsibilities
• supervise servers, bartenders, and support staff
• coordinate timing, guest counts, dietary restrictions, and changes with the kitchen
• communicate event details and client requests to the Catering Director
• remain available during events
• monitor service standards and guest interactions
• resolve potential issues
• oversee breakdown, storage, closing duties, and event-space readiness.
