Vice President of Business Intelligence

The Vice President of Business Intelligence role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Annual compensation is $150,000–$175,000. The role supports the Seattle Storm, a four-time WNBA champion, by building its business intelligence function and helping accelerate organizational growth. Reporting to and partnering with the COO, this leader establishes data systems, analytical frameworks, KPIs, and reporting to inform decisions and drive revenue. The role develops business intelligence capabilities across ticketing, corporate partnerships, marketing, finance, and other stakeholder groups while promoting data-informed decision-making.

What you'll do

• Set the business intelligence roadmap
• lead BI systems and processes
• oversee reporting and analytics, including Tableau dashboards
• support revenue departments and analysts
• maintain data integrity, privacy, security, and governance
• manage BI technology and vendor relationships
• identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled analytics
• partner on data-team growth and GenAI strategy.
