What you'll do

• Assist project and operations managers
• prepare and manage purchase orders and subcontractor agreements
• scan and file receipts and tickets
• help review field employee timesheets
• photograph and document work areas
• track project costs in construction management software
• deliver paperwork and payments around El Paso
• perform plan takeoffs and quantity calculations as needed
• coordinate material orders and deliveries.
