What you'll do

• Assist customers in sourcing rental equipment based on projects and applications
• negotiate rates, transportation, and rental-purchase options
• verify customer insurance and obtain or update insurance certificates
• calculate rental fees and prepare agreements
• coordinate transportation with external freight handlers
• update equipment availability records
• perform insurance and availability checks, create rental orders, and remove returned equipment from the rental list
• coordinate rental information with Salesforce
• receive returned equipment into the system
• close rentals and notify Accounting for invoicing and Service for inspections.
