What you'll do

• Review customer correspondence to identify needs beyond standard products
• consult engineering and production on feasibility, cost, and timing
• communicate production progress and costs
• enter tubing specifications for work orders
• facilitate Advanced Quality Planning
• contact customers by phone and occasional territory visits
• quote prices, prepare sales contracts, and confirm delivery dates.
