What you'll do

• Supervise attraction operators and guest service employees

• conduct attraction safety checks

• maintain attendance and performance records
• assist with scheduling and operational planning
• support shift leads and front desk staff
• respond to guest concerns
• assist with holiday operations and special events
• help manage inventory and supplies.
