Production Specialist

What you'll do

• Use Lean and Six Sigma techniques to identify and eliminate process waste
• support production efficiency and product quality
• conduct root-cause analysis and implement countermeasures
• assist process engineering with troubleshooting and scrap, cycle-time, and downtime reduction
• maintain data collection and reporting
• coordinate raw material use
• manage daily operations through KPIs
• support continuous improvement in safety, environmental performance, quality, cost, efficiency, and productivity
• and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
