Laminating Machine Operator – 12-Hour Rotating Schedule

Job overview

The Laminating Machine Operator role is onsite in Hickory, NC; compensation is $17 per hour. Nesco Resource is hiring for a local client. The operator runs laminating and coating equipment and prepares materials for production. The role supports safe, reliable production by monitoring product quality, addressing basic equipment issues, and maintaining accurate production records.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate hot or cold seal laminators and coating equipment
• load and thread substrate rolls, films, and adhesives
• monitor bonding strength, thickness, alignment, and edge guides and take samples for laboratory testing
• perform basic adjustments, minor repairs, and housekeeping
• complete production logs, work orders, and non-conforming material logs.
