What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve issues with installed smart home systems
• configure, program, and troubleshoot networks, control systems, audio/video, and surveillance equipment
• use remote access tools to repair network-based systems
• set up remote monitoring and support plans
• coordinate recurring issues with the Service Manager
• manage parts and repairs
• recommend upgrades to the team
• provide client service and training
• maintain work orders, time entries, and job costing
• participate in the assigned on-call rotation
• maintain company tools, vehicles, and assets.
